Chooses one of two vectors depending on the pick1 value.

The first vector to choose.
v2
Type: NeoAxisVector2
The second vector to choose.

If this value is true, the method chooses the virst vector, otherwise it chooses the second one.

Type: Vector2
The selected vector.
